Hello there!

My name is Mckenna, I’m 23 and currently a college student studying Tourism, Convention and Event Management. I decided to start this blog as mainly a hobby for me to express my interests in: cooking, reading, photography, traveling and expanding my vegan lifestyle. Yes, I am a vegan. I’ve been vegan for a year now and it has not only changed me but also opened my eyes for the better.

I chose the name Compass + Carrots to express what I love most; traveling and cooking. Since becoming vegan I’ve found new enthusiasm in cooking and trying new recipes. I also want to share my love for books, photography and veganism (i.e all sorts vegan products).
